Cover for up to 15 months of missed management fee payments up to a maximum of £375.00 per month.
Legal cover to help with Property Legal Disputes, Breaches of Contract, Eviction, Health and Safety Prosecutions and Repair and Renovation Disputes.
No policy excess once your claim hits the minimum 2 months arrears criteria, payments will be backdated to the 1st missed payment.
Claims notifications now accepted up to 60 days with no penalty or up to 90 days with a 1 month rent deduction.
Eliminate the need for renters to have a lump sum of cash to-hand in order to rent a property.
We aim to put £1,200 back into renters’ pockets by 2025, meaning they’ll have more money to save for the important stuff.
Enabling renters to put their rent payments towards their credit score means they’ll have better access to financial products and services on reasonable terms.
